    You forgot to mention Management. It has been a really rugged market for junior explorers, but with OBL, it has been a shocking ride from the time Neil & Kim asked for, and were granted those options and locked in salaries which has seen Administration costs soar to around $2.5 million pa. Way over the top, in my opinion, for a company the size of OBL. No choice but to hold and hope!!
