Sorry to keep posting but do any of the regulars know if the investors in the converts have made an undertaking not to sell any shares during the VWAP period in NOV? I can see now that the converts were approved at the last AGM so what is to stop a holder selling shares to say 1c during this period and getting them back at the equivalent of 0.6c plus loads of options - 260m and 173m or there abouts.
That's a strong incentive for convert owners to be sellers in Nov isn't it?
I have never seen a convert deal that is to the benefit of existing shareholders - usually it is the worst form of dilution.
