LDM can buy all the stock he wants but unless he does something tangible with Crux, the market will be happy to fill in any purchase orders at these levels. Frankly, if he sticks with it, he can buy the entire company below 10c.

He's flagged for well over 6 months now that there are "multiple parties interested" in Crux and that "negotiations are ongoing". As you can judge from the sp, nobody is believing this any longer. Personally, having conducted similar negotiations in the past, even with big players and reasonably sized assets, serious negotiations do not take ths long if there is a genuinely interested party or parties. My guess, there were interested parties but once it came down to serious price negotiations nobody (including Shell) was prepared to even come close to the price paid by Shell on the put option. Parties thought NXS was under pressure to sell and submitted low ball (opportunistic) bids. That put management in a troublesome spot where it could either sell Crux at a considerable discount and quantify shareholder disappointment or simply sit tight and wait (hope) for conditions to change. Clearly they opted for the latter. Based on the above, I suspect this stock ain't going nowhere in a hurry.
