Highlands can match any offer put to Xstrata, so if you were a company looking to buy Xstrata's stake wouldnt you also talk to Highlands or just talk to Highlands directly with the view to buying this stake using Highlands. Craig Lennon seems willing to answer these sort of questions and others if he legally can unlike some reps from other companies that fob you off.
