Ask for a higher rate on your savings or lower on your debts in return for the hassle or you will escalate it.
Its their fault for getting rid of bank managers that knew their customers in the bid to cut costs so make them wear some when they err.

Ps I hate banks, I think the govt should start up another commonwealth bank and regulate the others a lot more.
