Yes john
I find it incredulous that a vote of this importance was not subject to some independent scrutiny by an ASIC official, on site, to guarantee the voting process could not be compromised in any manner . For example ASIC went to great lengths to take WC to court over the ,in specie, transfer of assets out of the fund. But when it came to being listed on the NSX,in the first instance ,their appears to be no oversight whatsoever.
