Facts taken from Annual Reports

1. 2011 SKH was a substantial s/h with 8.47%

2. 2012 SKH was a Top 20 s/h with 2.30%

3. 2013 - nobody knows because top 20 is not released

4. if you say 50% of his 68mil shares came out of escrow in Q312, one would assume he could once more be a substantial s/h, unless he flogged the lot without submitting the required notice.

That wouldn't surprise me because he doesn't appear to have submitted previous changes
