If CDU have evidence of what you are saying I believe it would be a criminal offence and maybe the fraud squad would be a better place to go than ASIC..

Brett it makes for a good story but I doubt they would be that stupid - If M & G were only dumping CDU it may raise an eyebrow but they have been selling down OZL and IVA as well.

Remember we were told for years that the S/P was being suppressed by the Xmen and they were going to take over CDU - that proved to be a myth - Most resource stocks have been smashed CDU has been re rated in line with its stated resource and no DFS - At close to a $1b market cap a while back a lot of the missing copper was included by the market it looks to me as its now been removed and its up to the company to prove it is there in the quantities needed to pay the $1.20 dividend number suggested in the MPS report.
