KC, you must be a much smarter bloke than I am because despite a lot of thought I can't think of a single way a CEO could manage this; a CFO, or even a low-level bookkeeper, for sure, but a CEO, no way. I'd like to hear at least one of the ways you think this could be pulled off.

I also wonder about the term missing funds. Missing from the books? Missing from the bank? I'm not sure that the money in question ever reached POH.

The only way I can see for a CEO to potentially glom money involves snagging it before it ever reaches the company's coffers. And remember the statements all allude to invoicing and accounting irregularities. This whole thing stinks of unbelievability.
