I am not making any claimes on Esra as I don't know the facts and neither do you. But I simply don't agree with your assertion that it is difficult for a person of high authority to engineer fraud. In my experience it is much more difficult for a person of lower position to, on their own, successfully engineer fraud. In my business I have had many quite large transactions signed off by a CEO, or if a larger company, a CFO. Let's not forget that by relative standards, POH is a rather small company, around 30-40 employees as I understand.

Yes Esra has been suspended, but unless they had some information that implicates her why on earth would she be suspended or even be under scrutiny?

Of course the lawyers are worried about a libel suit, that's why you don't sack someone for alleged claims until you have the undeniable proof. You suspend them.
