ROBUST TO RAISE $9.41 MILLION THROUGH PARTIAL
PROJECT SALE AND UNDERWRITTEN RIGHTS ISSUE
• Funds to be raised to complete the acquisition of the Andash Gold-Copper
Project in the Kyrgyz Republic, and includes:
o Sale of additional 17.5% interest in Romang Island Project for $5 million
o 1-for-6 fully underwritten rights issue at 30 cents per share to raise a
further $4.41 million – includes free attaching option
• Funding supported by project partner and major shareholder
• Minimal dilution - post rights issue ROL maintains tight capital structure
