The SP has rocketed from 6.1 cents to 10.5 cents, but PRR is still in a long term downtrend and many a deeply under water.
BLT where you have bought and continue to ramp is in massive long term downturn. What about you strategy of not investing (in PRR) because when a share is in long term downturn? What is good for the goose should be good for the gander. Shouldn't it? Or is it a case of double standards.
