    How is the kidney function? Perhaps adrenal gland?
    Thyroid?
    what other medication are you taking. Some cough mixtures and some nasal sprays can cause a blimp
    Activity?
    Over weight?
    Stress
    High salt

    there are others and I am sure your health professional would have chatted to you about them.
