regardless of the 'use of the proceeds' the point still is that taxation is theft, by coercion.......try not to pay and see....
it's not a grey area by far....
Stalin 'taxed' the Ukrainians of everything and starved 20 million to death, but would you argue that this was fine as he built a few hospitals with it?
what about the tax that pay for the starting and participating in wars, the pork barrels, do you really think it would have cost THAT much to roll out the NBN?
do you really think certain services would not cost less if the provider didn't know the taxpayer was paying and the receiver was thinking it was 'free'
