All aircraft have a minimum AIR SPEED.
If the aircraft falls below that speed it falls out of the sky....sometimes vertically.
Luckily that craft fell below mimimum just above the strip.
......otherwise all on board would have been killed.
Hope they check the ability of the fire crew as well.....
...they ran over 2 survivors and killed them.
