Fonterra Co-operative Group (ASX:FSF) has named Lukas Paravicini as chief financial officer, replacing Jonathan Mason who retires at the end of September.
Mr Paravicini will join Fonterra in September after 22 years with Nestle.
Fonterra chief executive Theo Spierings says Mr Paravicini has a good understanding of dairy and has worked in some of Fonterra's most strategically important markets.
The dairy co-operative also named Jacqueline Chow in the new role of managing director of global brands and nutrition, driving the firm's overall marketing, innovation and research activities.
Fonterra says a new organisational structure will take effect from the start of its financial year on August 1.
