Prime Minister Kevin Rudd has tweeted a "selfie" photo showing a scrap of tissue stuck to his face after an apparent shaving mishap.

The Instagram picture has received more than 1,000 likes on the photo sharing site since being posted this morning.
Mr Rudd also tweeted "Note to self: when rushing out the door in the morning, make sure you take care with the razor. It is sharp."
But some have questioned the authenticity of the shot.
"Is this a real or staged pic of krudd cutting himself shaving?" News Limited's David Higgins tweeted.
Others praised the new prime minister's sense of humour.
"Your posts make me happy, legendary prime minister," lachlanshort wrote on Instagram.
