Would it be a question for the company or more for ASX and Nasdaq? How does Nasdaq know those trading have actually acquired these shares so they can be traded on their exchange.
Not very switched on in this regard but surely they must be registered somewhere.
I'm sure you remember big red roo from a couple of years ago,
he tried forever and a day to find out but couldn't,he had way may more knowledge than me but had no success.
Eagle or Kbear,way better with words and terminology than me,any ideas on drafting a letter? Also,who to send it to?
