why take such stupid risks all the time?, page-9

SVC Next Monday represents a fair example of what could happen with short cfd's.Not many traders would have anticipated this move by the dow.I realise you intend to be selective about the scenarios you choose to attack,however, it would have been easy to short a number of asx stocks on the mood that prevailed on Friday only to be standing there with your jaw stuck out on Monday morning. Not being critical by any stretch ,just throwing up the possibilities for everyones consideration. I ain't no guru .....just trying to make a buck.
