re: $2.80 2007-08 sp forecast Telstra shareholders now have 1 option and that is to voice their opinion that the ACC needs to loosen the regulations on telstra for the co. to grow. In doing so this will enable telstra to make new investments.
Isn't this how cos become main leaders by way of new investments.
