re billabong oz gm and rvca marketing manager

If this is true that the GM of Aust/ Pacific is part owner of JS surfboard and they make T/shirts, deckgrips and caps which they do and are also competitors to Billabong then this is ridiculous. How can someone of this position with knowledge of the company be also a competitor.

As for the RVCA marketing manager being also a part owner of a rival surf company than this is just amazing. Who is making the decisions in the company. Obviously the CEO is not aware of it and should be made aware ASAP.

If there was a email that I knew of I would write a letter as I am a shareholder and also not happy with what has occurred to this company over the past few years.
