While Hoot is doing his penance he may have a closer look at CuDeco. He might just decide now is the right time to re-enter the market, but of course, it has to be his decision. All CDU shareholders try to give good advice from what knowledge we have gleaned from our reading of the situation.
Sorry to see that he got 7 days. I did not read his post so I am in the dark. However, at this stage of proceedings even one day's trading is long for those CDU shareholders hanging on to their shares for dear life.
I think that the High Court ruling expanding the concept of market manipulation could turn things around for CuDeco. Now any malpractice could easily be picked up by ASIC with their new powers of interpretation in this area.
My warning to all would be to trade fairly or suffer the consequences if caught out disobeying the rules.
