    3 days of high volumes, and a move from 1c early last week to a high of 2.5 today.

    JP Morgan have been offloading their holding in the last few days, at very low levels ... and now looks dramatically oversold .

    Government is all about enviro friendly energy these days, so might be one to put in the portfolio at around 2-2.5 c.
