i watch this fairly closely and it appears 2 me that there is buying offa the sidelines and sometimes 100k bites when least expected...touted 2 me as being rerated soon because of producing 1st half of next year
i hold the stock but not ramping it and i'm in 4 the long haul...over 56% is held by top 20 on register and if it does move, it may do so fairly rapidly...
