FRENCH KISS HIGH-GRADE RC DRILL INTERCEPTS
    HIGHLIGHTS
    • High-grade RC drill intercepts from recent drilling at the French Kiss deposit
    including:
     2 metres at 10.39 g/t gold,
     2 metres at 9.61 g/t gold,
     1 metre at 20.79 g/t gold, and,
     5 metres at 5.61 g/t gold including 1 metre at 18.78 g/t gold.
    • Results are from extensional drilling targeting orebody northern and southern
strike extensions and extensions down dip of previous results.
    • Mineralisation has not been closed-off.
    • All recent results will be included in a new resources model to be incorporated
into the current Scoping Study of production from the combined Aldiss and
Randalls Projects due for completion in the March Quarter 2006.
    • A large 55 line-kilometre Induced Polarisation (IP) survey has commenced
and will test for gold-related sulphides in the Main Zone / Harry’s Hill area
where large gold in soil anomalies and possible mineralisation-related
magnetic features remain effectively untested and have potential for new
    deposit discovery.
RC drilling at the French Kiss deposit (Figure 1) has returned high-grade intercepts and has
not closed-off the extensions to the mineralisation. The results will be incorporated into a
new resources model for inclusion in the current Scoping Study incorporating production
from the Maxwells gold deposit in the Randalls Project with production from the Main
Zone, Harry’s Hill and French Kiss deposits in the Aldiss Project and is expected to be
completed in the March Quarter 2006.
Selected significant intercepts (interpreted to approximate true widths) are presented in
    Table 1 below:

    A 55 line-kilometre dipole-dipole IP survey has commenced in the Main Zone / Harry’s
Hill area (Figure 2) and is expected to identify new zones of sulphides associated with gold
mineralisation similar to the abundant pyrrhotite sulphide associated with gold in the
known deposits. While these geophysical programmes take time to complete and the flow
of exploration news from these areas slows during these periods, it is expected that a
number of high-quality drill targets will be generated and available for drill testing in
    December and January.
