they'll always blame someone else when they get it wrong. market manipulation or some secret cabal, it's never their own fault.
they could learn from Jack Dempsey, prize fighter back in the 30's I think it was. once when he lost a fight & came home looking much the worse for wear, he told his horrified wife: honey, I forgot to duck!
