This company is a real dog -
Bad Management -one that has a problem with corporate governance according to the ASIC charges.
A chairman that doubled his remunerations and his board members' in a year of extreme bad performance.
A chairman who crowed about the great logistic discovery in sending a sample to New Zealand.
A chairman who crowed about how unusual for MHI to subscribed to unsecured bonds only to have them secured immediately there after.
A great white knight who signed a $1.5M contract just in time for the 2004 capital raising that ended up with less than $40,000 revenue last fy. The great white knight had since came to the rescue again with a $1.4M sales contract. $1.5M + $1.4M contracts = $1.4M shipment in the next 9 months.
