They are the ones that misjudged her in the first instance.

The deception must have been going on for some time if indeed millions of dollars are involved and for it to take the appointment of a new CFO to uncover the fraud is beyond belief.

What do board members do for their pay? Just rock up to meetings and sign off like puppets.

I think the company management structure needs a complete overhaul and investigation.

Harry's move to New York, with the benefit of hindsight, was a fatal move. This would not have happened on his watch.
