40c is just resistance from my point of view. Personally I continue to look at that old top as an initial target because the company is in a better position now than it was back then. Broker reports put valuation above that and monthly 50 moving average is still moving upwards so I do expect it to have a crack at that old top based on the 50ma. We have some key moving averages to crack through now as well so it might be a bit bumpy on the ride up this time. Also fundamentals based on valuations support the technicals with a longer view. This has spent a long time going down so I expect the run up to be much shorter in time to that old level than this long run down, way over balanced on time alone as well. But as always anything can and will happen, just my thoughts on this.
