I last wrote to the Australian Taxation Office(ATO) on the 15th March, 2013, concerning the CuDeco and other companies researched in the "CuDeco Shareholder Research" document. Also the plight for Superannuation contributors and the implications for the Australian Taxation Office with regard to revenue.

However, I have not had a reply back from the Commissioner as yet.
