GENERAL: ARG: Argosy Leases Bell Ave Industrial
Argosy Property Limited ("Argosy") is pleased to confirm the lease of 16 Bell
Avenue in Auckland. The new lease is to Peter Baker Transport who is already
a tenant of Argosy in two smaller adjoining buildings. Peter Baker Transport
will lease 24,000 sqm following the lease commencement in September 2013. The
new lease is in line with the rental and other terms predicated in the
valuation completed at 31 March 2013.
The new lease is for an eight year term with a part (5,000 sqm) subject to a
right to terminate at the end of four years. Under the new lease Peter Baker
Transport will vacate the smaller of the two adjoining buildings they
presently occupy to move into the 16 Bell Ave building.
Management is in advanced negotiations with two tenants to lease this vacated
space, jointly resulting in full occupation of the site.
