Huckle its not underwritten, and I'm hopeful if not confident there will not be a shortfall. 3 million divvyed up among small holders is not much when you consider many may have attempted to take up the full $15000. i.e if 200 out of 1800 small investors apply for $15000 that's 3m already.
It would appear many are already dumping with the view they will own them again at .01296. The share price action is going to get interesting when shares get allocated and those same holders either miss out or do not get their full allotment. At least for now there are some big buyers out there holding up the price.
