Of the numbers you have given only 44% to 76% is attributable to the parent company and listed entity CCC. Of course, a disproportionate share of the liabilities is directly at the parent company. The worst of both worlds unfortunately. Best to be wary of treating CCC as a bargain without understanding the structure. The market is not that stupid!
