STO has struggled to break through the $14 mark on several ocassions over the last week and keeps being sold at those levels indicating a downside risk imo.
I have shorted at $14.
Environmental issues around CSG do not look promising for STO.
Just my thoughts...no hating necessary from STO Bulls.
