    PPP has to find something and then it will change. IF 121 comes in and has either gas or oil, this changes things a lot for PPP. as will


    What they have now is a lot of cash, a dwindling Tui asset, and lots of prospects.

    Premier had a lean time of it for a while, and now they have a lot of producing wells, and a bunch of good discoveries this year.
