For a stock that is supposedly about to consummate a big deal the sp seems very subdued.

LOL - must be those insiders (smart money) suppressing the sp so that they can get your shares cheaper in the future. They seem to be succeeding. Look - today they are doing it again. They sure are sneaky. I suppose a select few are outsmarting them by averaging down, all the way from around $1 to 5c and below. I suppose it has been all the dumb money retail shareholder who have been selling into any up-tick.
