ADMISSION TO ASX OFFICIAL LIST
ASX Limited ("ASX"), the Australian Securities Exchange, has advised that
Summerset Group Holdings Limited was admitted to the Official List today,
Wednesday 17 July 2013. Summerset will be a member of the healthcare index.
This secondary listing has been sought as a result of increased Australian
investor interest in Summerset and to enable more Australian investors to
participate in Summerset's growth.
Summerset has prepared the attached Information Memorandum for the purpose of
its secondary listing on the ASX. Summerset is not undertaking any capital
raising and has no current plans to do so.
The ticker code for trading in Summerset shares on the ASX, the company's
secondary exchange, is "SNZ".
The ticker code for trading in Summerset shares on the NZX remains "SUM".
Official quotation of Summerset's securities on the ASX will commence at
12.30 p.m. New Zealand time (10.30a.m. A.E.S.T) on Thursday, 18 July 2013.
