I think that is the issue Joe. C Group can vote down any special resolution. And they can block or cause nuissance to anyone looking for full or partial take over. Makes it very unattractive for anyone other than C Group.
But as you say, la jolla can easily be replaced. We just need to consolidate to make it happen.
Look at KGL for an example of how costly administrators are. From a $3mil settlement, just under $200k flowed through to creditors. The rest was eaten up in fees. So safe to say shareholders have zero equity in INT now.
