rudd can't fix boat problems and never could. its easy to dismantle a policy, but dudd is finding out, its very hard to rebuild one. Its all a very poor excuse of course. Rudd has a perfect track record of disasters..100% so far. Don't worry, kevin will have another pointless talk fest in about 3 weeks and the current death rate should be much higher by then. He should be telling the navy to turn back boats and he is negligent in not doing this. He has all the excuses and gutless stuff we are used to hearing him spruike.
