Here's another way of looking at it. You have a business with 82m shares on issue and after the dividend payment there should be $115m in cash so without even valuing the remaining business each share has a value of $1.4 in CASH.
The next question is what value do you place on the rest of the business?
And the question after that is do you have confidence in the Board to be able to manage the cash that they have? What are they going to do with it?.... I'll have it if they're stuck...
