Thanks for making a complaint to asic ! Every single complaint may well be worth it. We need Intermoco thoroughly investigated. The more complaints received the higher likelihood that this will occur.
ASIC contacted me by telephone this morning, 3 days after I lodged the online complaint just to confirm that I had made a complaint.
If any holders are still apprehensive in making a complaint out of concerns about the protection of their identity or similar. There is nothing to worry about. Your identity is protected/confidential from all parties concerned. In my situation after confirming my complaint ASIC could not tell me if there were even any more complaints or if mine was the only one. I know there's more but asic would not confirm or deny it.
At this juncture we have nothing more to lose. You can only gain now from complaining. What nathanblack said about Administrators services being expensive. He's dead right. Administrators charge like wounded bulls ! If we enter into liquidation.... as shareholders we will get absolutely nothing.
