    the price action for both uoa developments bhd and uoa real estate investment trust still continue in upward trend on the malaysian bourse which is a good sign that the market considers uoa's two subiduary companies will turn in a sound profit for the 2013 fy - and shower its shareholders with large dividends.

    also at some stage uos share price will have to begin to mirror its malsian subsiuaries.
