One question, why would this brand new entity Alliance, come into existence and be prepared to drop a lazy $260M on this project, but not the full amount, and then to keep this enormous amount of funds essentially on hold while FAS finds the balance ?

I have never heard of a funding deal of this nature let alone a financier that will keep this money waiting for a company of this level.

My feelings is that the $65M will still be imminent by the next AGM.

Thoughts?
