Expects industry's ongoing profitability - based on structural demand and supply constraints - to lead to rerating in 12-18 months. "By examining sector cash flow yield against
expectations of future interest rate levels, and comparing this relationship historically, we calculate that the sector could have an additional 30% upside,"
