I think the quarterly will be good tomorrow. The short sale at $14 is a little risky given takeover talk, and especially now given they made a discovery of gas up North.
I believe tomorrow we will break the $14.50 mark if the quarterly is okay.. We've seen the past week or two having significant $$$ value traded, usually around $20million for Santos, but we have had around 60-80 million on a few days in the upwards direction- that's a bullish trend.. Remember that a lot of these brokerage houses have price targets of around the $15-$18 mark, so I'm really not sure why people are shorting this stock given capex has topped and 2014 will most likely see an increased dividend.. Furthermore, they are selling their new gas into a rising gas market...
Again, it depends on the 1/4ly tomorrow...
