Here's something odd.
As I understand it, the Form 603 Substantial Shareholder declaration must be made when a shareholder has 5%.
As is stated in the 2012 Annual Report, Ying Ming Chiu & Miew Choo Teoh held 6,109,700 shares being 5.50%.
Shouldn't this report have been made over a year ago?
Is this another breach of the Corporations Act by the company?
Oh well, just another to add to the list.
