firstly I think it is fantastic that massey and fat bloater have found each other---- now massey having come to this forum bragging about how much you have made on speccy bio stocks surely it is time to lash out and upgrade the rental, I mean what do you and the family live in for $120 a week ---at least upgrade the rental till the hand made jarrah $100k mansion is built ---I take it you wont be using a crane for the 2nd and 3rd storey's ---I was at a bbq recently and a bus driver friend said his company couldn't keep up with the number of people catching buses out of perth. mostly he drops them off in the nullabor and they don't rent or buy anywhere another big banking executive I know said property will drop 40% every February for 10yrs tick tock
