agreed that increase in dvds. as such has not been spectacular, but they have been steady increases just the same.
then when you add to this the return on capital, (8c. on 23/12/2012) and the current 8% share buyback over 12 months there are in fact enormous ongoing returns happening for the shareholders in one form or another.
UOS has fallen way behind in its current share buyback program over the last 3-4 weeks so when it begins to start catching up on its buying we should see some further upward pressure on the share price.
at least that is what I am anticipating.
