Going to take a good deal more than a few empty headlines to turn that sentiment around, particularly if you have a couple of RE smugglers on your speed dial.

I am relatively confident it is going to happen but we're going thru the preliminaries ATM with the big test about to begin.

Confirmation of the rumoured second round of buying for the national stockpile in conjunction with the platform launch in 3 weeks would heat things up a little.

Hopefully lower prices have encouraged manufacturers to design RE's back in to the latest products and latent demand is building. Only price confidence will flush that out, not headlines, although they are an obvious precursor to planned action. Unfortunately not working for Baotou ATM.
