I'm well aware of the background, although Baotou produce RE ore as a byproduct of their iron ore mining so I very much doubt that has been shut down, but have they blocked the flow of illegal concentrate to the Vietnamese refinery that has been supplying Japan?
Can you confirm that conclusively?
